AMA Citation Examples for Online Sources

Here are a few examples of how to cite online sources in AMA format. Abbreviate and italicize names of journals. Use initial capital letters. Abbreviate according to the listing in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) NLM Catalog database (https://www-ncbi-nlm-nih-gov.dml.regis.edu/nlmcatalog/journals).
