The entire collection is open for research use. It also may be used in displays on the campus of Regis University.

Ownership and Literary Rights

The David Goldstein Popular Sheet Music Collection is the physical property of Regis University Libraries. Permission to publish unpublished materials must be obtained in writing from an officer of the Regis University Libraries.

The entire collection contains commercial popular sheet music sold in the United States from the early 1900s through the 1960s. This sheet music was collected by David Goldstein, 1918 – 2003, a composer interested in a wide range of musical forms.
