All items will automatically renew before their due date. Most items in the DML collections will renew three (3) days before the due date. Prospector, Browsing, and Media items will renew one (1) day before the due date. Items will not automatically renew if another patron has requested the item. Patrons will receive an email summarizing each item's renewal status and due date 1-3 days before items are due.
RENEWAL FREQUENCY
Most library items are renewed three times, unless another patron has requested the item. Prospector materials are limited to one renewal. Some DVDs, CDs, and videotapes may have a more limited loan period with no opportunity to renew.

RENEWING INTERLIBRARY LOAN MATERIALS
Check the band on the loaned item to see if it is renewable. If it is, log in to Interlibrary Loan and select the "Request a Renewal" option from the main menu. Please note that renewal options are set at the discretion of the lending library and may not be granted.
Users are responsible for all materials on their account and may be charged the cost of replacement or repair for lost or damaged items. For students, charges will be added to your student account. For faculty and staff, the library will invoice you the amount charged by the lending library. Non-payment may result in the loss of library privileges. Questions regarding replacement or repair costs should be directed to the Access Services Librarian at 303-458-4264.
